Have you developed 2-3 years of work experience as an office manager and/or as (finance) administrator, are you incredibly service and quality-oriented, do you love juggling different tasks and do you have an excellent eye for details and love variety in your role?

Do you speak fluent English and live in Amsterdam or close by? As our company is growing, we are currently looking for an Office Manager and Finance Assistant to join us on a full-time base!

Job requirements

Your role is the bridge connecting office management and financial administration.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Host/hostess of the office.
  • Supporting our commercial team with booking flights and hotels for trips abroad.
  • Management of incoming mail and communication.
  • Purchase and overview of office supplies, stocks, etc.
  • Supporting the team by arranging delicious lunches.
  • Organising fun social activities for the team and once a year the company retreat in an exotic country (this year we are going to beautiful Italy).

As Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • AR activities: Code the invoices in the system to the correct accounting GL code. Ensure dates and numbers in the system match the PDF.
  • AP activities: Being the first point of contact with our suppliers and making sure to code the invoices to make sure they are recorded and approved properly.
